What we store

Products, stock, sales, customers, receipts, and reports that your shop records through Posterita. Plus the email address, phone number, and business name you gave us at sign-up.

What we never do

• We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
• We never share it with competitors or other merchants.
• We don't train external AI models on your transactions.
• We don't hand data to third parties without a legal order.

Where it lives

Primary data lives in European-region Supabase (Postgres) with encrypted backups. Receipts and product images sit in a private Cloudinary bucket. Android devices keep a local offline copy of what belongs to that terminal only.

Email privacy@posterita.com any time to ask for a full export of your data, to have it deleted, or to correct something. We answer within 5 working days.
